Miguel Torres Carbo travelled the vineyards in search of the best grapes to realize his dream of creating a wine with an inimitable personality. What is Tempranillo? A traditional grape with an intense black colour and a hard skin. It is used to make wines of excellent ageing, moderate fruit acidity and pleasant aromas. Tasting note: Brilliant ruby red. Seductive fruit aroma (raspberry) against a backdrop of woodland undergrowth and spices (clove). Very velvety with incredibly fine-grained, soft tannins. Food Pairing Wonderful with meat and a perfect match for creamy cheeses. Serve at 17-18 øC.
