The Marca Negra Tobala is a burly Mezcal. Certain batches are greater than 50% ABV and there are few mezcals in the US (especially maguey Tobala) with this level of alcohol content. Though the strength of the spirit is unavoidable, the ABV does not overpower this mezcal. There are hints of tropical fruit flavor. As a Tobala, the bar is high and Mezcal Marca Negra has made this a very complex spirit by making it with such a high ABV. Mezcal Marca Negra is made for all who wish to explore and embrace the ancient traditions of true mezcal.
