Description

A delicious bottling from prestigious Cognac house, Hine. This expression was created through a partnership between Bernard Hine and Nicholas Freeman (the late, great chairman of famous UK cigar importers, Hunters and Frankau). After combining their expertise and passion, the result was a superb Cognac that was a perfect match for a fine Cuban cigar. This Cognac is a blend of over 20 different eaux-de-vie, from four different cru: Grande Champagne, Petite Champagne, Borderies and Fins Bois. The spirit was aged for over 12 years in French oak casks, held in Hine’s Jarnac cellars. The result is a rich, spicy Cognac that serves up notes of freshly cracked black pepper, sweet sultanas, tobacco, walnut, cedarwood, caramelized fruit, clear honey, almonds, old oak, cinnamon and nutmeg.
