The Hayman family is the oldest gin-distilling family in London, dating to 1863. Hayman's Old Tom is a rich and rounded style, with a slight sweetness, made to the family's original recipe. It is the gateway into gin and gin cocktails.  NOSE: Juniper, citrus, soft spice and subtle earthy notes. PALATE: Rich, round and wonderfully smooth, with vibrant citrus and a sherbet-like sweetness.
