Surrounded by centuries old farm fields, Field & Sound is distilled and matured on the bluffs of the Long Island Sound. The bucolic North Fork of Long Island is home to dozens of pre-revolutionary family-owned working farms that have been blessed with loamy soils and a microclimate that extends their growing season. Field & Sound Bourbon is uniquely influenced by maturing under the conditions of this Maritime environment.  Using the finest locally grown field corn, winter rye and malted barley; combined with sweet mash fermentation, traditional pot distillation and lengthy aging by the bluffs of the Long Island Sound, our High Rye Maritime Straight Bourbon Whiskey delivers a truly unique and finely balanced tasting experience.
