A lovely, Port cask twist on this traditional Antiguan rum. English Harbour Port Cask Finish is a small-batch rum, aged initially in ex-bourbon casks and finished for up to six months in 100-year-old port casks. The palate holds rich, sweet flavors of dark fruits and thick caramel, alongside notes of sweet peaches, floral honey and a spicy kick of black peppercorn. This rum was aged initially in Bourbon barrels for five years, before being finished for a time in Port casks. Medium bodied, and easy sippin’, this would make an interesting daily drinker.
