Andrew Webber and Derek Bell own and run the Corsair Artisan Distillery located in Bowling Green, Kentucky and Nashville, Tennessee. They’re all about the exquisite small-batch production and produce their spirits with a real Prohibition-era, vintage 240 pound “hand-hammered Gin-head” pot still, also known as a carter-head. This pot still gently extracts the essential oils of the sustainably harvested botanicals by using vapour, resulting in a crisp, clean and delightfully different take on a London Gin.    The recipe for the Corsair Barrel Aged Gin is a well-kept secret, but we managed to source a teaser. Apparently, they start with a London dry botanical load, then reduce the bitter parts by half and add about 10x the citrus peel. Then they rest it in charred oak barrels previously used to age their spiced Rum. This amazing combination has won them numerous medals in international spirits competitions and numerous prestigious publications.  Bottle Size: 750mL
