Captain Morgan White rum was first released in 2014 and is the company's first effort at a classic silver rum and is a departure from their famous spiced-flavored version. It's designed for a smooth-tasting profile and presumably designed for mixing in popular rum cocktails. Nose: Vanilla cream with hints of vanilla bean. Palate: Rich French Vanilla cream reminiscent of vanilla ice cream, with hints of the Ciroc signature flavor underneath. Finish: Smooth with flavors of light butterscotch, vanilla and banana.
