*All wine is sold in the latest year's stocked vintage* The French-inspired name translates to “beautiful cream of the lily” to describe the rich and smooth wine style consumers have come to know and love from the brand. Like their Chardonnay, the Pinot Noir is also a Burgundian grape, delivering the finesse and flavor of its distinguished origins. They focused this style with careful grape selection, followed by stainless steel fermentation, which allowed them to retain the bright, exuberant fruit focus of the varietal. This was followed by a secondary, malolactic fermentation, which softened and rounded out the palate. To add structure and gentle spices, we aged the wine for eight months with French oak. The result is a deliciously smooth medium bodied wine with a taste of rich burgundy grapes. Experience a vibrant taste of rich strawberries with the very first sip, as it blends with enticing aromas of cherries and a slight hint of sweet spice.
