Located high in the California mountains, our pristine water and thin air makes an ideal environment for creating a full bodied and smooth drinking Bourbon. Bottled at cask strength, Devils Creek California Bourbon Whiskey is a “High Rye” Kentucky style Bourbon. Surprisingly smooth on the palate and very drinkable. Hints of vanilla and caramelized sugar with a nice warm finish.
