You must be over 21 years old, have a valid billing address and hold a valid credit card to order any products from the Rancho Liquor online Store. Information about your purchase history can be found under "My Account" when you are logged in to the Rancho Liquor online Store.
To return or replace damaged items, please contact us first then mail your package in a prepaid, insured, traceable method to the following address:

We do not ship to MA, MS, AL,VT, TX, or NH. We apologize for the inconvenience. Shipments are made via UPS Ground.,,,Adult Signature Required (21 or older) When possible, we encourage delivery to business addresses to minimize delivery problems. You will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number when the shipment is made. Orders over $100 are shipped free within the continental U.S. Shipments to Alaska and Hawaii require additional shipping charges. Sales tax is charged on orders shipped within California.
UPS will make direct shipments to the following states: Alaska, Arizona, California, Colorado, Connecticut, DC, Florida, Georgia, Hawaii, Idaho, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Louisiana, Maine, Maryland, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, Nebraska, Nevada, New Jersey, New Mexico, New York, North Carolina, North Dakota, Ohio, Oregon, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Tennessee, Virginia, Washington, West Virginia, Wisconsin, and Wyoming. You are responsible to determine whether shipments to your state are legal.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
