I emailed Rancho Liquor Online that the item was damaged because of the packing not shipping. I never heard back from them at all. The item itself seems nice but customer service is abysmal.
Very elegant.. Only complain is that I Ordered an engraving but wish all 3 bottles in the set were engraved as that what I was expecting.
