*All wines are sold in the latest year's vintage Winemaker's Notes: This 100% Cabernet Sauvignon wine comes from an excellent vineyard located at an elevation of 1,700 feet. Paso Robles Cabernet Sauvignon is a dense, full bodied wine and is inky and purple-colored built for aging. This wine displays aromas of tobacco, black currants, blueberry and wild mint which exhibit a jammy mouth-feel. Also, the tannins are silky and integrated well with the oak. Aged for 16 months in predominantly French oak barrels and some in a small percentage in Hungarian oak barrels, this wine displays excellent balance and purity. This powerfully constructed, unfiltered cabernet builds incrementally on the palate displaying ripeness all while maintaining a solid structure.
