A classic rye whiskey, Knob Creek has produced a spirit that lends a touch of sweet vanilla, but has a long draw-out finish with unrelenting spice. Coming in at a 100 proof, this rya also makes for an excellent cocktail mixer.  Made with a blend of the finest quality rye to create an extraordinarily smooth yet spicy finish.  Color: Shades of gold to light amber.
