Germana is a traditional Cachaça, aged in oak barrels for a unique and distinctive taste of Brazil's most popular drink, second only to beer. The bottle is wrapped in sugar cane leaves for a unique presentation. Awarded VIP status on many of London's finest back bars, Germana maintains a 90 year tradition and quality for cachaça aged in oak and balm casks after natural maize fermentation and the noble distillation in copper stills. This Germana cachaça is aged for a minimum of 2 years in balsam and sherry oak. This cachaça offers a well balanced mix of sugar cane, demerara, banana and fig notes.
