Description

Fiddler Heartwood Bourbon begins with the same foraged high-wheat mash bill as Fiddler Unison Bourbon. We then finish it on hand-harvested, charred Georgia white oak heartwood staves that we hand-charred and placed in the barrels for the final few months of maturation. In addition to the wheat lending a soft, silky texture and salted caramel, the Georgia staves lend maple, sandalwood, oak, a rounder mouthfeel, for a textured complexity rarely seen in a bourbon.  Fiddler Georgia Heartwood is part of our single barrel program.
