  The secret to Bacardí Gold's mellow character lies within a unique blend of charcoal. A light golden rum with a soft oak flavor. Notes of dry vanilla, ginger root, and toasted almond provide a dry and slightly sweet finish. Allowed to rest for up to two years in charred oak barrels to develop a smooth flavor and amber color.
