Tasting Notes:
Nose: Apples and pear, a touch of creamy vanilla, mildly sweet malt, some raisins in there also. An earthiness and wee hint of spirity sulphur. Taste: A lovely creamy softness, a few burnt raisins, the gentlest touch of smoke, malty, fresh apple, lemon, grassy. Always a trace of sulphur in the background. Finish: Longish, a slight sulphury bitterness tussles with a mild candied sweetness, touch of white pepper and a mildly drying earthy oakiness.
