Product Overview
Campo Azul Tequila is produced in Jesus Maria, one of the towns protected by the Appellation of Origin. Jesus Maria is located in the Highlands of Jalisco, being 2,200 meters above sea level. Casa Campo Azul uses traditional processes for its production. These have been enriched by current technology that does not compromise its handcraft nature in order to be consistent in the quality and provide a good spirit.
The bright amber hues, fine woody bouquet, a smooth and distinguished taste are all the fruits of a patient and careful aging process in white oak barrels stored in cellars built at more than 2,200 meters above sea level.
Bold aromas of roasted pepper, prickly pear cactus, cracked pepper, and caramelized nuts with a soft, dry medium body and a grassy, peppery rhubarb custard.
