DOM PÉRIGNON ROSÉ: THE VIBRANT EXPLORATION
When Dom Pérignon champagne is made rosé, it is in the name of audacity: the audacity to break free from the conventions of champagne making, to constantly push back the limits of creation.
Born from this desire to dare, Dom Pérignon Rosé captures the red of Pinot Noir in its original radiance and captures its complexity in a reckless and assumed blend. Developed over nearly twelve years of slow and controlled transformation in the cellar, Dom Pérignon Rosé is intense and spontaneous, clear and dark, magnetic.
The bouquet is captivating, ripe and deep. A first wave mixing the dark of spices and cocoa opens very quickly on the fruit. A fruit in majesty: roasted fig and apricot, candied orange. The whole breathes on smoky accents.
Immediately, the fullness of the wine radiates. The intensity, the succulence will hold the note, playing softness and crunchiness. The silky envelope blends into a sappy, tight, grainy, slightly vegetal weave. The vinosity is iodized, saline.
The Rosé Vintage 2006 accompanies the most sober dishes from southern Europe, such as typical dishes of authentic Italian, Spanish or French gastronomy.
You will thus highlight the rich and mellow textures that are the strength of this wine.
