This wine is powerful with highlights of cocoa powder, graphite and cedar box. Helena. Sweet, voluptuous and powerful, the Sinegal Estate Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon 2014 is endowed with tremendous depth from start to finish. Inky red and purplish fruit, menthol, pine and sweet spices are front and center. The 2014 is an especially ripe, flamboyant wine, but all the elements are very nicely balanced. About 40% of the wine is fermented in oak uprights.
