Rhum barbancourt 3-star rum is their youngest aged rum at 4 years. It is their flagship product that comes in a pale golden color and medium body. They call it a light tasting and delicate rum.
A deliciously delicate rhum agricole from arguably the best distillery in Haiti, aged in limousin oak casks for four years. Great on the rocks or with a mixer. A popular bottling from the superb Barbancourt range of rhums and rhums agricole. 3 star is actually a 4 year old expression rum exhibits classic Haitian character.
Nose: elegant and fresh with hints of vanilla and spices.
Palate: the palate shows a medium body a very smooth and rich rum.
Finish: the finish reminds the aromatic freshness of the nose and the characteristics of the palate with a bit of pepper.
