Highland Park 17 Year Old Ice Edition Single Malt Whisky is a vibrant whisky that has a natural brightness and colour. On first taste, you will get a nice flavor of fresh pineapple, and smooth mango sorbet. As the flavor matures, a smokey kick of root ginger that is powerful, but not too much so. The palate is very smooth and the peat smokey flavor ends with vanilla seeds...which is a great finish and balance of sweet and savory.
