Product Overview
Cockspur XO is a work of art made with a blend of rums aged in ex-bourbon casks as well as Spanish oloroso sherry casks. The nose is ground is a combination of cinnamon and cloves with background orange peel, vanilla and a bit of tropical fruit. This dark rum is characterized by its dark and rich palate that begins with syrup and dried fruit and then picks up some chocolate and charred oak. The finish is marmalade with hints of nutmeg.
