This whiskey was distilled in 2014 and matured for over 3 years on the island of Ireland in oak casks, then shipped to California in 2017 for further maturing.
Rich coating mouthfeel, soft notes of toasted nuts and toasted butterscotch. Bold baking spices pair well with a creamy vanilla note. Oak and baking spices linger.
