FAIR Kumquat Liqueur is made from kumquat, a “superfruit” rich in antioxidants and vitamin C. The plant, which is primarily grown in South-East Asia, is a symbol of good luck. The fruit essence is extracted through a maceration process followed by a slow reduction with the addition of liquid fair-trade sugar. Triple sec and demineralized water are then added for a perfect balance. FAIR Kumquat is Fairtrade certified.
A Fair Trade kumquat liqueur from the FAIR. range, which is all about excellent spirits produced using Fair Trade ingredients. Fresh and fruity, with just a hint of the bitterness that you'll find in kumquats.
