The elevated spirit in the Añejo Rum is very well incorporated and not the slightest bit aggressive. Aromas of caramelized sugar and vanilla. Rich mouthfeel with great acidity and a forward sandalwood spiciness. This rum blankets the palate with wood spice, caramelized sugar, and roasted nuts.
