UNTAMED® Non Chill Filtered Cask Strength Rum was awarded a Gold Medal in the 2019 International Spirits Competition and 96 Points and a Double Gold Medal in 2019 Pr%f Awards.
A blend of 8 year old rums from the Dominican Republic and Barbados. Aged at the distillery in ex Bourbon barrels.
Tasting Notes: Clean bright, deep golden brown colouration, Delicate but complex nose, combining esters of dried fruits, vanilla and bananas. Palate is soft, multi layered with fruits, vanilla and caramel – very smooth with a long finish.
