Bottled at cask strength, this single barrel bourbon whiskey has notes of brown sugar and maple with a hint of toasted oak finish. When proofed down with distilled water or a block of ice, rich vanilla flavors open up which are lovely to sip on. One of the most unique and limited release bourbons on the West Coast.
