To create extra anejo we carefully selected agaves from the region of Amatitan, Jalisco have been cultivated after ten years of maturing. The selection of barrels gives it its distinct characteristics and aromas of vanilla, caramel, hazelnut and chocolate all of which can be fully perceived.
