2008 Frank Family Vineyards, Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon is a deep garnet color.
The nose is filled with aromas of dark fruit, hints of cocoa, and wonderful spice.The palate has flavors of dark cherry, blackberry, cocoa, cedar (the slightly herbal flavor) and spice. This wine has some tannins, but they provide structure in the wine.
This is truly a luxurious Cabernet Sauvignon. This wine pairs well with meats off the grill, beef roasts, gourmet burgers, and aged cheddar and blue cheeses.
