Fiddler Unison Bourbon marries a foraged high-wheat bourbon, with our own in-house, high-malt bourbon that we distilled by hand on our traditional, double copper pot stills manufactured by Vendome Copper & Brass Works in Louisville, Kentucky.
High-wheat portion: 51% corn, 45% wheat, 4% malted barley
High-malt portion: 56% corn, 44% various malts
Tasting Notes: Toffee, honey, green apple, nutmeg
