Made with Maguey Espadín, Delirio Joven have a robust profile with a Agave aroma, soft fruit notes and a semi-smoked character.
Delirio Joven is made at the palenque of mezcalero Fernando Santibañez. The palenque is located in Santiago Matatlán, about 56 km away from the city of Oaxaca, in the district of Tlacolula, at an altitude of 1460m above sea level.
The agave used in Mezcal Delirio Joven is cooked in traditional stones ovens and naturally fermented in pine vats. It is distilled in copper stills.
