Delirio Anejo is aged for 12 months in new American white oak barrels that are slightly toasted and under the influence of the warm temperature of the region.
This añejo possesses a robust aroma combined with notes of copal and mesquite used during the agave cooking and sweetness.
Mezcal Delirio Añejo has a robust wood profile with soft fruity notes from the mixture of maguey Espadín and Madre Cuishe.
