Clase Azul Tequila Ultra is our most time-intensive creation. Its exquisitely complex tequila and masterfully decorated decanter are crafted to be contemplated by true connoisseurs. The sublime character of Clase Azul Tequila Ultra’s extra añejo tequila is only possible through an extended aging period of five years in American whiskey and sherry casks. 

Color: Dark amber with copper highlights.

Body: Full body.

Aroma: Sherry, dried plums, apricot, ripe cherries, maple syrup, hazelnut and intense oak notes.

Palate: toasted oak, dried plums, cinnamon, vanilla, candied ginger and clove

The Bottle: Clase Azul Tequila Ultra’s decanter is delicately decorated in platinum, silver and 24-karat gold. Our most highly skilled artisans recreate our distinctive feathered motif on its sheer black surface completely from memory, as the platinum brushstrokes are visible only after the ceramic is fired.
