Winemaking: The Mask Sauvignon Blanc's harvest is done manually. The grapes are stemmed and separated from the clusters. An infusion takes place at low temperature. This is followed by separation of the solid particles and clarification of the grape must. The alcoholic fermentation takes place in rust proof fermenters.
Tasting characteristics: The wine has a golden colour with beautiful nuance. It has a sophisticated, complex and fine flavour, with notes of white flowers and honey. The body is harmonious, mild and balanced with apple and melon flavour.
