The fruit for this Merlot comes from two Sonoma Valley vineyards; one on the rocky hillside and one on the loamy valley floor. It combines the fruit from these vineyards for a full flavored, balanced wine with soft tannins. Aged in 100% French oak barrels, this Merlot has classic flavors of cherry, wild blackberry, roasted plum and licorice.
