Created by 5th generation Maestro Mezcalero 'Ángel' Cruz Robles, Mezcal de Leyendas Maguey Coyote Oaxaca is an artisanal mezcal blanco.
It's crafted from maguey Coyote, a subspecies of agave Americana that’s only found in a small area in Oaxaca. The agave is first roasted in a stone pit, crushed by a tahona stone, fermented in oak wood vats, and finally distilled in traditional copper alembic stills.
This authentic mezcal greets with aromas of peat and hard candy on the nose and a deep earth profile of toasted agave flavors on the palate. The production of Mezcal de Leyendas Maguey Coyote Oaxaca is limited.
