From the Tesseron range of well-aged Cognac comes the Lot N° 53 XO, a blend of Tesseron's most sublime stocks of Grande Champagne Cognac. The depth and finesse of this Tesseron has been widely praised by the likes of Robert Parker, who awarded it 98 points, Spirit Journal’s Paul Pacult who gave it a maximum 5 stars and Wine Enthusiast who rated it at a potentially perfect 96-100 points.
Tesseron Lot N°53 XO Perfection is a cognac made from Ugni Blanc and Colombard grapes. The blend consists of Grande Champagne eaux-de-vie. The cognacs were aged more than two generations in wooden barrels from Limousin.
Lot 53 is a blend of Tesseron’s finest Grande Champagne Cognacs and has appealing aromas of plums, figs and chocolate as well as wood, dried fruit and tobacco, indicating its long age. An opulent Cognac that deserves to be savoured.
